1. Non-Refundable Situations

  • The report did not include information you expected but was not advertised as included.
  • You no longer need the report after purchase.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

  • The VIN you entered is valid, but our system failed to deliver any report.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same report due to a billing error.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • The VIN you searched
  • Proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
